Ordering Information

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

• Browse our products using the menu on the left
• Add products to your basket
• Click 'Go to Checkout'
• Enter payment details

Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping and Carriage Costs

We send all our products using couriered delivery and will require a signature on receipt of goods.

Standard Shipping - £7.64
Next Day - £8.81
Next Day Before Noon - £11.75
Next Day Before 10am - £14.69
Next Day Before 9am - £17.63

International Shipping Costs Vary.

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.  If there is a problem with your delivery we will endeavour to contact you within 12 hours of the order being placed.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return unworn or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt of your order.  All returned goods must be returned with a proof of purchase, i.e. A copy of an Invoice showing date and price.

If you believe the goods are faulty please call 01706 514230 and ask for Returns Dept. The Returns Clerk will issue you with a returns number you may then return the goods quoting the number.

Faulty goods will be inspected and if found to have a manufacturing default a full refund or replacement will be offered.

New Boots will be replaced if found to have a fault or a defect.

Boots up to one month old will be repaired free of charge.

Please note we do not refund carriage.
